“The acquisition is a part of our dealerships’ expansion plans to provide more available Utility inventory for customers in both the Central and South Florida area,” said Kelly Stephens, President of Florida Utility Trailers. “Peter Verbeeck, the President at Utility Trailers Sales & Leasing and I have known each other for 19 years, and have always thought a merger would be beneficial to both of our dealerships.”
With the merger, Florida Utility Trailers now has locations in Orlando, Lakeland, Tampa, and Miami.
With the merger, the dealership has hired more employees to further expand their leasing business and manage a larger volume of sales. Long time employee, Jack Beville has been appointed General Manager for all four locations.
