Atlantic Utility has acquired Utility Trailer Sales of New Jersey, Inc. based in North Brunswick.
Based in Thorofare N.J., just outside of Philadelphia, Atlantic Utility has long served South New Jersey and Southeast Pennsylvania, and will now expand its coverage into North Jersey, Metro New York, and Long Island representing Utility Trailer products and services. Tom Barton, CEO, Atlantic Utility, and Spencer Kiernan, CFO and COO of Atlantic Utility, will continue in their current roles and oversee the combined entity.

Current parts, service, and sale facilities are located at Thorofare NJ and North Brunswick NJ. Additional facilities will be strategically located to serve the expanding customer base.
