MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers will again be including the Fleet Perspective Panel at 2026’s Heavy Duty Aftermarket Dialogue, which will take place Monday, Jan. 19, 2026, at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas, just ahead of Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW).
“Fleet voices are at the heart of HDAD,” said Molly MacKay Zacker, vice president of operations at MacKay & Company. “These conversations provide suppliers with a rare opportunity to hear directly from customers on what’s driving their priorities and how we can work together to strengthen the aftermarket ecosystem.”
MEMA has said that this event is one of the highest-rated discussions at HDAD, during which fleet leaders will share how they’re navigating real-world challenges, managing cost pressures, and preparing for the next era of technology and regulation in the heavy-duty aftermarket.
This year’s panel features:
- Joe Richley, vice president of maintenance, Groendyke Transport
- Dennis Meyer-Razon, category manager, CHS Inc.
- David Schnautz, vice president, Clark Freight Lines
Moderated by Zacker, the discussion will explore how fleets are adapting to shifting market dynamics, from managing maintenance in a tight labor market to leveraging data, telematics and AI to optimize performance and uptime. Panelists will also weigh in on how trade policy, emissions regulations and supplier relationships are influencing fleet decision-making and long-term planning.
The Fleet Perspective Panel will close out a full day at HDAD 2026 — including economic forecasts, supplier perspectives and aftermarket customer viewpoints shaping the industry’s future.
