Versalift, a Time Manufacturing Company, recently acquired O.G. Hughes & Sons in a deal that will result in the creation of a new, company-owned distributor called Versalift Southeast.
Founded in 1965, Versalift has manufactured and supplied aerial lifts, digger derricks, cable placers and other high reach equipment to Hughes & Sons for decades, and it’s confident Versalift Southeast will create value for partners and customers in the region.

Hughes & Sons is a natural fit for Versalift, as the two organizations share a commitment to quality and customer service. As a wholly owned Versalift distributor, Versalift Southeast will continue to provide quality, service and workmanship for customers across Tennessee, Georgia and Alabama as they continue to expand.
