Ranger redesigns mobile technician lockers, workbenches

Dec. 3, 2019
Ranger Design recently redesigned its lockers and workbenches for work vehicles.

Ranger Design, based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, recently redesigned its van lockers and workbenches, which are intended to improve storage and organization in mobile technician work vehicles.

The lockers were updated with new black end panels for product consistency, and Ranger increased the width by 2 inches for extra storage space and upgraded the install brackets with tougher hardware.

The new lockers and workbenches also feature standardized doors that match the shelving doors, helping reduce inventory and making installation simpler for customers and distributors, Ranger said.

“The new workbenches have not changed drastically, as the smooth, wood-top design is timeless,” the company maintained. “The end panels have altered slightly to accommodate the new brackets. However, they will still remain aluminum for increased payload and overall durability.”
