Geisler brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing and quality within the trailer manufacturing industry

Troy Geisler has been appointed president of Kalyn Siebert, the EnTrans subsidiary that specializes in custom heavy-haul equipment. Geisler will oversee all operations, with a focus on advancing product innovation, growing military and commercial programs and strengthening strategic partnerships across North America.

“Troy understands this industry at every level—from the shop floor to the C-suite—and has a proven track record of building high-performance teams, driving growth and delivering results,” said Jake Radish, president and COO of Engineered Transportation International. “As we expand our presence in the military and heavy-haul markets, his experience and leadership will be critical to advancing our customer commitments and growing the brand.”

Geisler brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in sales, marketing and quality within the trailer manufacturing industry, including expertise in both the commercial and defense sectors. Most recently, as vice president of sales, marketing and quality at Talbert Manufacturing, he led major growth initiatives, expanded the distribution network and supported the execution of several U.S. military trailer programs.

Geisler has also been actively involved in industry associations, including the National Trailer Dealers Association and the Specialized Carriers & Rigging Association. He is currently serving as chair of the SC&RA Allied Group.

“I’m honored to join Kalyn Siebert and the broader EnTrans family of brands,” said Geisler. “Kalyn Siebert has built a strong reputation in the defense and specialized trailer markets, and I’m excited to help drive the next chapter of growth. With such a talented team and a respected product line, we’re uniquely positioned to seize new opportunities in the commercial and military segments, and serve our customers’ needs.”
