Mckinney Trailer Rentals, which provides trailer equipment rentals and leases, recently completed its new maintenance facility in Phoenix AZ.
The new building compliments its 14-acre branch property, which has been in service for almost two decades.
“Demand for trailer rental and leasing has increased steadily in this area of the country and maintenance is a critical component for Mckinney,” said Devin Mills, Mckinney’s Phoenix branch manager. “We are pleased to provide an energy efficient building that will benefit trailer rental customers in our region.

The 8,000-square-foot building includes a fiber optic internet connection, LED lighting and building technologies that increase energy efficiency while improving the comfort, health and safety of the employees. The high-tech facility features two fully equipped indoor mechanics bays, along with an outside bay designed for expansion to support future anticipated market growth. An expanded parts room, three offices, breakroom and storage areas complete the fully insulated and air-conditioned building.
“We are excited to have the maintenance shop up and running,” said Gonzalo Ortega, service manager. “The new facility will position Mckinney to provide more effective trailer repairs for our customers in the Southwest.”
Mckinney plans to host an open house from 1 pm to 6 pm March 7 to showcase the new facility to customers and the community. Mckinney said it will provide food, giveaways and tours of the maintenance shop.
