Nederman showcases new fume extraction solutions

The GoMax and MCP-GO welding fume extractors offer flexible installation options, serve multiple workstations, and incorporate advanced filtration technologies, providing reliable, customizable, and energy-efficient air purification for various welding environments

Industrial air filtration specialist Nederman recently introduced its Fume Eliminator GoMax and MCP-GO welding fume extraction solutions.

Designed for manual, robotic and cobot welding applications, FE GoMax is an intelligent, compact welding fume extractor that automatically regulates pressure to maintain airflow, performs automatic filter cleaning and uses highly efficient nanofiber filter media with optional HEPA filtration, according to Nederman. Its mobile or wall‑mounted design allows flexible installation, while the unit can serve up to two workstations and deliver high airflow at high negative pressure for confined, temporary or permanent welding stations.

These capabilities help manufacturers protect workers while reducing energy use by up to 25% compared with other products, the company reported.

MCP-GO, a compact plug‑and‑play welding fume extractor built on the company’s MCP SmartFilter technology. MCP-GO captures and filters thermally generated fumes from welding and laser cutting, providing a reliable clean‑air solution for manual welding, welding robots, cobots and thermal cutting processes.

Designed to serve up to five extraction points, the CE‑marked unit uses flame‑retardant nanofiber filter media and can be configured with options such as extraction arms, hoods and spark arrestors to create tailored fume extraction systems.
