Hercules Manufacturing adds new HR/safety manager

Alexa Bowling recently joined Hercules Manufacturing in Henderson KY as the company’s human resources/safety manager.

Bowling, who lives in Henderson, comes to Hercules from Kenco Logistics in Mt. Vernon IN, where she served as HR manager and safety/secure site advocate. Kenco is a 3PL providing transportation services to Mead Johnson.

Previously, Bowling worked as the employee benefits and leave administrator for Springleaf Finance, HR manager/benefits specialist for Irving Materials Inc, and regional manager (Kentucy, Indiana and Illinois) for PMI Staffing Inc.

Bowling’s education includes the PHR course from Owensboro Community College, multiple SHRM certifications and membership, Ultipro and ADP payroll certifications, OSHA 10 Hour—2008 and 2016, DOT reasonable suspicion drug/alcohol certification—Deaconess Hospital, accident investigation certification—Zurich Insurance Company, labor law certification—Chicago IL Labor Law Conference, STARS interviewing certification, PERP certification and CPR/adult first aid certification.
