Monroe Truck Equipment (MTE) in Monroe WI recently made a series of leadership changes and additions it says support company growth initiatives, including hiring industry veteran Tom Johnson as chief financial officer.
Monroe, which goes to market under MTE and Towmaster brands through seven Midwest locations, is a manufacturer and upfitter of products in the municipal snow and ice, commercial work truck and custom trailer industries.
“We are excited with the veteran talent and expertise these leaders bring to Monroe Truck Equipment,” said Tom Ninneman, President and CEO of Monroe. “We expect them to build on our evolving 61-year legacy, delivering custom vehicles through our craftsmanship with enduring product performance that Monroe Truck customers count on.”
Johnson brings more than 30 years of business, finance, treasury and accounting experience to Monroe’s finance and information technology teams, MTE said.
Other leadership updates include Kurt Beyer joining the company to lead truck equipment operations, Andy Holverson’s appointment to guide Monroe’s municipal snow and ice segment, Scott Hanewall leading the commercial work truck division, Mike Albers entering the company as general manager for Towmaster trailer and truck equipment, Tom DeCoster assuming responsibilities for product management and engineering disciplines, and new-hire Paul Pieragostini spearheading strategic sourcing and vendor development.
