Muncie Power Products recently released the new F20 power take-off, which is designed specifically for the Ford 10R140 10-speed transmission.
The F20 features patent-pending noise abatement technology that uses springs to create a sliding mechanism to reduce gear noise, Muncie said. The clutch shift power take-off has a 10-Bolt mounting pattern designed for new Ford Super Duty trucks from the F-250 to the F600.
Additional key features include the utilization of the full transmission torque capacity up to 300 foot-pounds, both direct and round shaft output options, pre-configured wiring harness, and it’s available with Muncie Start.
The F20 is applicable for a number of markets, Muncie said, including tow and recovery, refuse, dump, utility, and snow plows.
