Alpha MUTT trailer tester slims down for more mobile service
Innovative Products of America (IPA) recently revealed the latest addition to the award-winning Alpha MUTT trailer tester series: the #5410A Alpha MUTT with ABS Slim-Line.
Built with upfitters and mobile service applications in mind, the more compact diagnostic tool—about the size of a desktop computer— retains the full functionality of the larger platform, according to the company. Specifically designed for service trucks, PM carts, and shop walls, each unit includes IPA's patented diagnostic technology for remote-controlled light, air brake and ABS testing with customizable configurations to take your shop to the next level.

It can provide digital readouts and results for:
- Circuit status and faults
- Voltage, current and wattage
- ABS diagnostics
- Air pressure readings
- Leakdown tests
Full reporting capabilities are possible when paired with IPA's diagnostic software app and optional tablet.
