Buyers Products, a manufacturer of work truck equipment, recently was awarded a national cooperative contract for snow and ice handling equipment, supplies and accessories through Sourcewell (formerly the National Joint Powers Alliance), the company said.
Sourcewell is a service cooperative with membership exceeding 60,000 government, education and nonprofit entities throughout North America.
Buyers Products said it was selected after an “extensive” screening process due to its adherence to Sourcewell’s high quality standards. Sourcewell members now can purchase Buyers snow and ice equipment at a great value through Sourcewell’s competitively solicited contract.
“We are thrilled to be awarded this contract,” said Frank Dickinson, municipal sales manager at Buyers Products. “This partnership makes life easier for municipal professionals by giving them easy access to our equipment and peace of mind knowing that they’re working with a Sourcewell-vetted company.”
The contract (#080818-BPC) is effective until Oct. 29, 2022.
