WALTCO, part of Hiab, recently created an online store for purchasing original WALTCO spare parts for all US customers open.
The WALTCO web shop is part of Hiab’s webshop.hiab.com/en/waltco platform. It is open for all customers, dealers and distributors 24 hours a day, and accepts all major credit cards as payment, the company said.
The web shop is easy to use and accessible on smartphones, tablets and computers. It is designed to keep track of orders, help find the right spare parts, save items for future purchases and allow for batch orders.
“At WALTCO we want to deliver the best customer experience and excel in services and the best way to keep our liftgates running is by using original spare parts,” said Martin Saint, global service director for Hiab Tail Lift. “We are therefore very happy to provide our customers and partners with direct access to WALTCO original spare parts 24 hours a day.”
