LEGEND acquired the extrusion plant in Romeoville, Illinois, previously operated by Corplex. Effective August 1, 2025, the plant will operate under the name LEGEND USA.
The facility will continue to serve Corplex’s packaging customers while supporting LEGEND’s role in the commercial vehicle aftermarket industry. The acquisition reinforces LEGEND’s commitment to vertical integration, supply chain resilience, and U.S.-based growth.

Corplex manufactures multi-layer polypropylene products used in packaging, logistics, and custom industrial applications. LEGEND supplies high-performance interior protection products for commercial vehicles—flooring, wall liners, insulation, and accessories designed to protect, perform, and last for commercial vehicle fleets.

The Romeoville team will receive enhanced responsiveness and investment in people and equipment under LEGEND, whose headquarters will remain in Tillsonburg, Ontario.
