Hadley Makes Bronz New President

Hadley appointed Thomas J. Bronz as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hadley, effective June 1, following the retirement of Robert F. Dubsky.

Hadley appointed Thomas J. Bronz as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hadley, effective June 1, following the retirement of Robert F. Dubsky.

The announcement was made by John W. Humphrey, Chairman and a Principal of Humphrey Companies, parent company of Hadley.

“The Hadley team has profound gratitude for Bob’s exceptional leadership during the past 20 years. Bob led by example to deliver exceptional experiences that exceed the expectations of our customers and help grow our business,” said Humphrey. “It’s with great affection that we congratulate Bob on his retirement.”

“The strength of Bob’s character and commitment to Hadley was evident as he sought and obtained a qualified successor in Tom. Tom brings with him extensive experience in general management, strategic planning, product planning, and business development. He has shown that he has the strategic vision needed to ensure Hadley’s success in the commercial vehicle products marketplace.”

Bronz has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, most recently serving as president of Tramec Sloan, a leading supplier to the heavy-duty truck and trailer OEMs and aftermarket. Prior to achievements at Tramec Sloan, Bronz held roles of increasing responsibility with global suppliers including Brunswick and Haldex.
