Sayles has more than 26 years of combined experience in production management, design and manufacturing engineering for dashboard displays and interfaces. As operations manager, Sayles will oversee the assembly launch of transit switch panels as an enhancement to InterMotive’s FlexTech programmable electrical system.
Eagan brings his extensive knowledge of research, development and design validation to the LGS Group team. His multidisciplinary duties will vary from prototype creation and management to field support and repair.
The growing Elkhart office will provide limited assembly and inventory of FlexTech components, including the switch panels, to ensure timely delivery to Midwest customers. The company expects to hire additional team members over the next few months to bolster customer and tech support in the area.
