Wastequip Inc has acquired 5 Star Consolidated, a manufacturer of roll-off containers and scrap trailers for the waste hauling and scrap industries, and renamed it Wastequip St Louis.
Headed by general manager Kevin Lolling, 5 Star's former management will continue to lead the company in East St Louis IL.
Wastequip manufactures a diverse line of waste handling, recycling, and material handling equipment and operates 25 manufacturing facilities throughout North America, as well as a nationwide service and distributor network.
