Total deliveries of trucks from the Volvo Group's three truck companies increased 14% through February 2004, compared with the year-earlier period. Deliveries from Mack rose 26%, while deliveries from Renault Trucks were up 6%. Deliveries from Volvo Trucks climbed 18% during the period.

Deliveries from Mack totaled 3,235 trucks through February, up 26% versus the corresponding period in 2003.

Renault truck deliveries through February totaled 10,441 trucks, a rise of 6% compared with the corresponding period in the preceding year. The high level of deliveries is attributable to higher sales in markets outside Europe.

Volvo Trucks increased deliveries of trucks by 18% during the period January — February 2004, versus the year-earlier period.
