Universal Trailer acquires Sooner Trailer

Sooner distributes products through a network of dealers located in 37 states and five Canadian provinces. “We are pleased with the opportunities this merger will bring. Sooner products can now access much broader markets and Universal gains entry into the custom and high-end horse trailer market with the strong Sooner brand,” said Jim Garis, chief executive officer of Sooner.“Universal now has three great brands,” said Frey. “We have manufacturing facilities in seven states and the broadest product range in the industry. We plan to further enhance our position in the trailer industry by adding to our family of best brands.
