Trilogy Machinery Inc, the United States distributor for Sunrise ironworkers and punching machines, introduces the Sunrise line of CNC ironworkers and punching machines.
The semi-automatic CNC positioning tables from Sunrise are plate and angle positioning systems with simple user-friendly interfaces. The CNC positioning table is available as a factory-installed option on any ironworker or punching machine with a 20" or larger throat depth. Operation and programming are CNC-controlled using a pendant-mounted graphical control featuring simple user programming. The operator simply positions the plate against the CNC-controlled X and Y stops and initiates the punch program, virtually eliminating the need for manual plate layout.
Semi-Automatic CNC plate and angle positioning systems feature dual 400-watt servo motors, ball transfers, 590"/minute variable-positioning speed, and showcase an accuracy of ±0.002". In addition, Sunrise CNC machines feature ball-bearing linear guide-ways on either side of the table to ensure parallelism and enhanced performance. Optional accessories include hydraulic punch strippers, triple punch attachments, and upgraded controllers.
Trilogy Machinery will also distribute the Sunrise line of fully automatic plate positioning systems with capacities up to 220 tons. These systems deliver efficient and accurate positioning. Hydraulic clamps come with a pressure sensor for a strong grip on the material, and are standard on Sunrise automatic CNC tables. Moreover, the included hydraulic stripper comes with interchangeable reduction plates to suit a variety of punch sizes and still ensure deformation free results. Ball transfer units on the support table provide smooth material movement, and the safety cover is complete with an interlock switch for operator safety.
