Sloan, Hebco pool operations

Sloan Transportation Products and Hebco Products Inc have combined Hebco's production and distribution operations with those of Sloan's plant in Holland MI. This move provides a larger common staff in customer service, sales and marketing, and product engineering. Hebco and Sloan have shared the same information technology system for the past 12 months, and that system will remain in place.
