Parts Place acquires United Refuse and Container Parts

Parts Place, Inc., a Wastequip company, announced the acquisition of United Refuse and Container Parts of White Plains, Maryland. United Refuse and Container Parts is a leading supplier of replacement parts for the waste equipment industry in the mid-Atlantic region.

"The addition of United Refuse and Container Parts and their team led by Marcus Bowie strengthens Parts Place ability to provide same day or one day service to the East Coast markets", according to Margaret Allen, general manager of Parts Place.

"I have been in the waste equipment after market parts business for 12 years and we are excited about joining the Parts Place and Wastequip team,” stated Marcus Bowie of United Refuse and Containers Parts.

Parts Place was started by Wastequip in late 2004 to become the leading provider of aftermarket parts for the waste industry. Parts Place is located in Piedmont, South Carolina.
