Midtronics Inc has acquired the assets of Intra Technologies, the producer of power management systems used to improve reliability, efficiency, and cost of DC power systems.
All of Intra's products use its proprietary patented MOSFET semiconductor switch, which can manage high electrical current while generating small amounts of heat in a cost- and size-efficient packaging. Intra's solid-state products provide protection from battery power loss, overcurrent, overheating, short circuit, and other power issues.
