Karmak Inc has entered into a long-term, strategic alliance with Reynolds and Reynolds Co. Through this alliance, Karmak will contract with Reynolds to provide integrated solutions for Web services, on-site network, and hardware support and retailer documents. The two companies will also cooperate in the distribution of integrated management system solutions to dealers holding both auto and truck franchises.
Both Reynolds and Karmak are pioneering use of Microsoft Corp's .NET architecture to engineer new systems for truck and automotive retailers.
