Isuzu Trucks Partners With Truck Web Services

Truck Web Services (TWS), a division of Dominion Enterprises, is partnering with Isuzu Commercial Truck of America, Inc. to increase and enhance the presence of Isuzu dealers on the Web. TWS, a component of the Commercial Web Services family, is an Internet solutions provider for the commercial truck industry.


As an Isuzu partner, TWS provides participating Isuzu dealers with a website solution designed to facilitate and improve communication between dealers and their prospective buyers. TWS also offers Isuzu dealers improved and increased opportunities to sell their trucks by assisting them in converting website traffic into new customers. With this program, dealers are able to track leads, gauge increase in awareness, and monitor sales growth via their new Internet solution.

Online research is playing an increasingly integral role in the buying process as consumers utilize the Internet to research potential purchases prior to visiting a dealership. As a result of this trend, dealers now understand the importance of maintaining an online business presence. Furthermore, the recent economic downturn has proven that Web-based marketing is the most cost-efficient business marketing tool for dealers, resulting in increased opportunities at a low cost.
