Walk-in truck dealers now have another tool to help them provide superior customer service. That tool is the Quick Reference Parts Guide published by Workhorse Parts.
The nearly 50-page guide identifies by number, description, year, and model more than 550 parts most often used repairing walk-in trucks. Dividing the guide into 13 product categories makes finding the right part even easier. The categories range from accessories and belts to body parts, lighting, and chassis parts. The guide also has a section that translates General Motors and AC Delco part numbers to the Workhorse numbering system, making it easier for dealers to identify the correct part for the job.
