Faucher Industries Inc, a 157-year-old distributor and manufacturer of industrial and transportation hardware and components, has acquired Courroies Pasquier Inc. Also Canada-based, Courroies Pasquier manufactures cargo products and has served the trucking industry for more than 15 years.
This acquisition will broaden the Faucher cargo product line and give the flexibility, as a manufacturer, to provide higher-quality service. Furthermore, Faucher has acquired a greater capacity to manufacture and gained the knowledge of people experienced in the cargo industry.
Faucher now operates from six locations in Canada and Asia.
