The National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA) offers an educational conference at The Work Truck Show 2003 and 39th annual NTEA convention. More than 30 educational sessions are part of the NTEA convention, held in conjunction with The Work Truck Show at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta GA. The show runs March 3-5, with the convention and educational conference March 2-5.

Educational sessions offer insights on general business practices, maintenance tips, and profitability. Sessions range from “Improving Sales Performance and Profitability Through Better Communication” to “Service Work: Maximize Your Prospecting Opportunities for New Equipment Sales.”

New this year, distributors are invited to meet March 4 for roundtable discussions of current issues, ways to improve efficiency, and how to increase business profitability. Topics include manufacturer/dealer relationships, sales and marketing insurance, and employee recruiting and retention.

From 8 am to 10 am March 5, former top AT&T salesperson and award-winning speaker Chuck Reaves hosts a Business Forum. A breakfast buffet precedes the forum.
