Diesel rises one cent

The West Coast was the only region that posted a price drop, down 0.2 cents to $2.031 per gallon. Gulf Coast prices rose the highest, up 1.7 cents to $1.691 per gallon.

California remains the most expensive region to fill up, at $2.107 per gallon, while the Lower Atlantic is the cheapest, at $1.689 per gallon.
