ArvinMeritor Inc has named Brian Casey vice-president and treasurer of the company. Before joining ArvinMeritor, he was vice-president of global financial systems for Lear Corp. ArvinMeritor has expanded the responsibilities of Sergio Carvalho, vice-president and general manager of suspension systems, trailer products, and ride control for the company's Commercial Vehicle Systems (CVS) business group. Carvalho now will also oversee and manage worldwide braking systems for the group.
Force America Inc has named Steven Loeffler chief executive officer. He previously served as president and chief operating officer, and currently is on the board of directors.
Bryan Schrandt, board member and minority shareholder of Indian Head Industries, has returned to the company as vice-president of sales and marketing for its MGM Brakes division.
Todd Dunn will be joining FleetPride Inc as chief financial officer in early October. He has been CFO of Tartan Textiles since 1999. Both FleetPride and Tartan are holdings of Aurora Capital Group.

Marc Laferriere has been named vice-president of marketing for Michelin Americas Truck Tires (MATT), replacing Randy Clark, who has new responsibilities within the group. Laferriere was previously director of commercial business for Michelin Canada.
Karmak has named Mike Teague regional manager for sales in the South Central United States, covering Texas, New Mexico, Louisiana, and Mississippi. He has experience in truck sales and service, most recently with a large truck dealership.
