David B Templeton has assumed duties as vice-president of human resources for Hendrickson International in Woodridge IL. He was previously with Hendrickson International Trailer Suspension Systems in Canton OH, where he served as director of human resources.

Jonathan D Rich, formerly president of The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co's Chemical Division, has been named president of its North American Tire business. He succeeds John C Polhemus, who is retiring after 33 years with the company. Joseph Copeland has been named to succeed Rich as president of the Chemical Division. Copeland previously served as director of finance for both the Engineered Products and Chemical divisions of Goodyear.

Tuthill Transport Technologies has named Mike Cole suspension system sales specialist. His experience includes more than 12 years serving the heavy-duty truck and trailer industry. Although Cole plans to maintain his residence in the Minneapolis MN area, he will have an office at the Brookston IN facility.

Sika Corp Industry Products Division has appointed Jeffery Edwards area manager for the Transportation OEM and Marine Business Unit responsible for the Great Plains territory. He will be based in Minneapolis MN. Before joining Sika, Edwards spent four years at ITW Plexus, where he served as a regional sales manager and as a national representative for Plexus.

Jeff Barbour has joined Sno-Way International Inc as district sales manager for the Eastern District. He most recently served with Capital Truck Equipment in the Baltimore/DC area.

Matt Mastroine has been named senior programmer for Lauren International. He previously was programmer for DBM Management in North Canton OH. Lauren has named Jill Allie customer service representative. She most recently served as marketing coordinator at Lighting Supply Co in Ferndale MI.

Lord Corp has named Richard L McNeel as its new president and chief executive officer. Most recently, he was group vice-president for BP Chemicals in London, United Kingdom.
