Detroit Diesel Corporation has launched its new website, www.DemandDetroit.com, featuring a wide range of product information, customer support tools and enhanced navigation.
The site provides easy access to in-depth information about the complete line of powertrain-related components. The website was developed to support the new Detroit brand, which was unveiled in late 2011.
The website prominently showcases the family of Detroit heavy-duty engines and axles and provides specific application-based recommendations. Users are also able to instantly look up the nearest Detroit service location or register an engine with Detroit Virtual Technician, Detroit’s onboard diagnostic system.
Additional tools on www.DemandDetroit.com include:
Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) locator: Customers can enter their zip codes and find the DEF station nearest to them.
Community: Find details on the latest Detroit events, including the latest location of the “Demand it All” Tour Trailer.
Social Media integration: Connect to Detroit on Facebook, YouTubeand Twitter; and receive news and updates via the site’s RSS Feed. The website is also optimized to be accessible using smartphones or tablets and includes mobile-specific content.
