Global Brands acquires Hydrapower line

Global Brands Group Ltd has purchased the Hydrapower trademark and product line from Hydrapower International Inc. The group intends to acquire additional product lines in 2003 and has projected record sales with this acquisition.

Hydrapower International, a 35-year-old company, will continue its presence in North America with founder Robin Wissing serving as chief executive officer/board chairman. Mike Shaw has been appointed information technologies manager, based in Atlanta GA.
