Penske Purchases Texas-Based Bright

Penske Truck Leasing Co. has completed the acquisition of Bright Truck Leasing and Bright Distribution.

Bright is a Texas-based, privately owned full-service truck leasing, truck maintenance, commercial truck rental and logistics services provider. The addition adds approximately 3,400 tractors, truck and trailers to Penske’s fleet.

The company was founded in 1983 and has more than 700 full-service centers throughout the U.S.
