The Green Truck Association (GTA) has launched www.greentruckassociation.com, a website that serves as the central clearinghouse for the development and deployment of green trucks.
An affiliate division of the National Truck Equipment Association (NTEA), the Green Truck Association (GTA) was established in the spring in recognition of the growing interest and demand for green products within the work truck industry. The GTA helps fleets, manufacturers, upfitters, government agencies and other industry stakeholders stay up-to-date with relevant regulatory and industry developments, while also helping to expand and improve the market for green truck applications.
According to Doyle Sumrall, GTA’s Managing Director, “We are pleased to offer vital resources and tools to highlight the latest developments, information and research in this evolving and growing industry. The GTA is fully committed to moving the green truck industry forward and to supporting the companies who share this same vision.”
On the GTA web site, information about green products and technologies relating to the commercial truck industry is updated daily on:
- The latest industry news and information
- Technical resources
- Legislative and regulatory activity
