Rob Abfall joins Hydro Aluminum North America as general manager of the company's Sidney OH operations. He comes to Hydro from Kautex Textron, where he was most recently plant manager.

Strippit/LVD has appointed Neil Campbell laser sales manager-Canada, a newly created position. He was formerly a direct sales engineer for the company.
