Autocar dealers make warranty claims online

Autocar LLC is offering a web-based warranty system that lets its dealer network increase the speed and accuracy of the warranty claim process. The system will be used by both full-service and parts-and-service-only dealers.

Dealers can access the system through the web site at www.autocartruck.com. The system uses Windows-based drop-down menus to query the user about the necessary claim information. The system also provides dealers with service repair operation numbers and standard repair times.
