RP #47-03 Testing, Rating and Labeling Platform and Van Trailers for Cargo Securement Capability — revised April 2003, originally issued September 1962. This RP sets test procedures and general performance specifications for tiedown anchor points, front-end structures, and sidewall structures. $53.
