Quebec company to acquire Lucky B Mfg

Montreal, Quebec-based Positor Inc, through its parent company, Nuera, has reached an agreement to purchase all shares of Lucky B Mfg Inc, a Cookeville-Sparta TN-based company five times the size of Positor.

Both companies have distributed trailer parts for more than 20 years, and both are leaders in their respective markets. The combined operations of Positor and Lucky B will result in a North American distribution network of utility and recreational trailer parts and components.

Marc Durivage, director of purchasing and logistics at Positor, will run Lucky B's operations as general manager of both companies. He will be based in Lucky B's corporate offices in Tennessee.
