Trailmobile Canada reports fiscal results

Trailmobile Canada Ltd has announced its second-quarter results for the six months ending in March 2002.

Second-quarter fiscal 2002 revenue totaled $18.0 million and represents a 5% increase over the same quarter in fiscal 2001. Revenue for the six months ending in March 2002 were $34.3 million, compared with $38.4 million for the same period in 2001.

A slight improvement ($0.1 million) occurred in gross profit margins for the second quarter of fiscal 2002. The company tallied a net loss of $2.89 million for the six months ending in March 2002. Most of this loss is due to the Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in the United States by Trailmobile Trailer LLC.
