The Green Truck Association (GTA), an affiliate division of the NTEA, recently announced the election of new officers.
Chosen to lead the association were Joe Dalum, president and chief executive officer of Odyne Systems, president; David Bryant, manager of vocational sales for Freightliner Trucks, vice president; and Bill Burns, fleet operations manager for the City of Columbus, Ohio (Columbus, OH), treasurer. Each will serve a one-year term.
Also serving on the board are Shawn Brougham, director, marketing and product engineering for Altec Industries, and Rob Stevens, chief nameplate engineer, commercial truck programs for Ford Commercial Truck. Each will serve a three-year term.
The GTA’s mission is to improve the efficiency and productivity of work trucks through the development and deployment of strategies to reduce diesel and gasoline consumption and the associated environmental impacts.
