HammerBlow to acquire Tekonsha operation

HammerBlow Towing Systems Corp, parent company of The HammerBlow Corp and Hidden Hitch, has signed an agreement to acquire Tekonsha Towing Systems. Tekonsha consists of an electronic brake control division in Tekonsha MI and the SurePull Products facility in Sheridan AR that manufactures automotive hitches. Tekonsha is currently part of Dana Corp.
