Stellar unit acquires assets

American Eagle Accessories Group, a division of Stellar Industries Inc, has acquired the compressor assets of P K Lindsay Co Inc as of Feb 22, 2002. P K Lindsay Co, located in Deerfield NH, manufactured air compressor pumps and systems sold worldwide under the Lindsay and E L Smith trade names.

All compressor assets have been moved to the American Eagle facility at 280 West Third Street in Garner IA, and full production has resumed.
