ArvinMeritor sells facility

ArvinMeritor has announced the sale of its Fort Loramie OH exhaust accessories manufacturing operations to a newly formed affiliate of ROL of America Inc, based in Oviedo FL. Under the agreement, ArvinMeritor will continue to distribute exhaust accessories through its Light Vehicle Aftermarket business. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
