Eaton Corp. announced that it has reorganized its Truck Aftermarket Division, adding three leadership roles, as it attempts to improve sales and service. Josette Russell has been appointed manager, Marketing and Business Development and will lead the strategic development, product management, marketing and growth development activities. Chris Shemas is the new sales manager, NAFTA, and will lead aftermarket sales growth efforts both at OEM accounts and with distributors. Steve Melvin is Service Product Development manager."Aftermarket growth is key to the truck business unit's overall strategy of creating value for our customers and reducing the overall cyclical nature of our traditional markets," said truck aftermarket GM Jeff Romig.
