Wabash to webcast annual shareholder meeting

Wabash National Corporation announced that it will webcast its annual shareholder meeting on Thursday at 10 a.m. EDT.

Access to the live webcast will be available on the company's website at www.wabashnational.com. For those unable to participate, the webcast will be archived at www.wabashnational.com within three hours of the conclusion of the presentation and will remain available through June 15, 2006. Meeting access also will be available via conference call at 877-407-8035.
