The average price of diesel nationally fell 5 cents last week to $3.326 per gallon, according to the Department of Energy.
Low-sulfur-diesel was down 7 cents to $3.229 per gallon, while ultra-low-sulfur fell 4.6 cents to $3.341 per gallon.
