The board of directors of FTEC Inc, dba Fontaine Truck Equipment Co, a subsidiary of Omaha Standard Inc, has appointed Gary Overby president and Ross DePaul chief financial officer of the company. Overby, who has served with Fontaine for 20 years, most recently was its president. DePaul is a 10-year Fontaine employee who previously was corporate controller.
Heil Trailer International (HTI) has reorganized its engineering and sales teams. Scott Swenson and Tom Grein, HTI Domestic Business Unit general managers, were named co-directors of HTI's global engineering. Ben Ubamadu was appointed global quality and engineering system director.

Jerr-Dan Corp has named Jeffrey Barbour as its newest distributor support representative for Maryland and Virginia.Barbour, who worked for Jerr-Dan full-time from 1987 to 1995, most recently was a sales representative for Horton Truck and Equipment in Manassas Park VA.
Allan Paaren has joined Advance Engineered Products Ltd as vice-president in charge of eastern Canadian operations. He has years of experience in the bulk transport equipment business and will be based in Concord, Ontario.
