Bendix Commercial Vehicle Systems has added an online warranty submission feature to its web site. Users access the feature by signing onto MyBendix, the secure portion of the Bendix.com site, and selecting the "Submit a Warranty Claim" option under the Warranty Information section. After the user completes the form, he or she prints a copy to include with the product shipment and ships the part in the usual manner. After submitting a warranty online, users then can track that claim through the system.
